Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Specialist

About the role

Vodafone is looking for an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Specialist to join its Sustainable Business Division. Reporting to the Manager Sustainable Business, you will help design, implement and evaluate ESG initiatives that support Vodafone’s mission to empower people and protect the planet.

Key responsibilities

• Implement assigned ESG projects, managing activities from start‑up to hand‑over.
• Ensure 100% completion of compliance check‑lists before launching new initiatives.
• Collect and analyse energy and sustainability data, preparing reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor local environmental, energy and digital legislation and advise the business on relevant changes.
• Provide technical assistance to project teams and coordinate with internal and external partners to align initiatives with ESG and Sustainable Development Goals.
• Support outreach activities to raise awareness of the division’s programs.

Required profile

• Team‑player with the ability to work effectively with diverse internal and external constituencies.
• Professional attitude, strong initiative and the capacity to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Familiarity with corporate ESG policies, regulations and reporting frameworks.
