Head of Warehouses Operations

About the role

The Head of Warehouses Operations will lead and optimise all warehouse activities across multiple sites in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Reporting to the Logistics Director, this senior position ensures safety, efficiency and continuous improvement throughout the network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, develop and manage warehouse managers and their teams across all locations.
• Oversee daily operations including receiving, inventory management, order fulfilment and dispatch.
• Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures to boost productivity and reduce errors.
• Ensure accurate inventory control, conduct cycle‑counting programmes and minimise discrepancies.
• Supervise the implementation and use of WMS/ERP systems.
• Define KPIs, track performance and report operational efficiency to senior management.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, sales and third‑party logistics providers to align operations with demand.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English (both required).

Required skills

• Experience with WMS/ERP systems.
