Junior IT Administrator – Baltic Region

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior IT Administrator to join our team supporting the Baltic region. You will work on second‑line hardware and software issues, help keep our local systems stable and secure, and take part in international IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software incidents in second‑line support, with occasional first‑line tasks.
• Maintain availability, stability and security of local systems and externally managed network infrastructure.
• Administer SMB shares, multi‑function printers, workstations, laptops and mobile devices.
• Use and maintain the ticketing system, asset inventory and internal IT tools.
• Assist users with software installations and application configuration.
• Participate in international IT projects.

Required profile

• Technical secondary education or ongoing higher education in IT, electronics, telecommunications or related fields.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong command of written and spoken English and fluent Russian.
• Team‑player attitude, proactive mindset and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Administration of Windows Server and Windows 10 / Microsoft 365 clients.
• Understanding of network environments and protocols.
• PowerShell scripting (nice to have).
• Basic network administration.
• Familiarity with Linux systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Management of SMB shares and MFP printers.
