About the role
We are looking for a Junior Trade Marketing Manager to join Mondelēz International’s local team. In this role you will support the development and execution of trade marketing plans that drive growth, improve point‑of‑sale performance and align with regional and brand objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the trade‑marketing component of the category annual plan and contract process.
- Analyse market dynamics and consumer insights by channel to inform strategic decisions.
- Facilitate business‑planning meetings to build sales quotas and annual targets.
- Recommend and monitor investment in category building blocks, ensuring execution excellence at POS.
- Track competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide accurate POS information to multi‑category teams to uncover innovation, promotion and pricing opportunities.
- Design and implement the local trade‑marketing strategy, adapting regional directives to the market.
- Collaborate with sales to improve shopper conversion, POS rotation and overall sell‑out.
Required profile
