Portfolio Manager - Digital Payments

About the role

The Portfolio Manager – Digital Payments will lead client engagements on a Portfolio Management Platform, driving adoption and measurable growth for financial institutions across several African markets. This 12‑month on‑site contract focuses on bridging platform capabilities with commercial outcomes and supporting annual subscription renewals.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for active platform engagements across Cameroon, Congo DRC, Senegal, and Mali.
• Design, develop, and execute end‑to‑end CLM campaigns, handling segmentation, launch readiness, and post‑campaign review.
• Define KPIs, monitor performance, prepare analytics, and present ROI to senior stakeholders.
• Identify adoption gaps, guide clients to become confident power users, and build data‑driven business cases for marketing spend.
• Maintain relationship health and satisfaction to ensure smooth annual subscription renewals.

Required profile

• Strong Customer Value Management experience in telecom, banking, fintech, payments, or related growth environments.
• Proven end‑to‑end campaign management experience, from strategy through execution and reporting.
• Ability to interpret data, develop business cases, and translate results into strategic recommendations.
• Experience navigating complex client environments and influencing senior stakeholders.
