Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our remote customer support team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, assisting them via phone and live chat, and turning challenges into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly assistance in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot order, product, and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm under pressure and focused on delivering solutions.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments and CRM tools is a plus.

• Experience with Gorgias.
• Experience with Zendesk.
• Experience with Shopify.
