Supply Chain Officer

About the role

Parrot is looking for a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Officer to manage administrative and operational supply‑chain activities for shipments originating outside Korea. You will act as the main liaison between suppliers, group companies, EMS customers and subcontractors, ensuring accurate documentation and on‑time deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Check shipment information from external suppliers and group companies.
• Prepare proforma invoices and packing lists and forward them to EMS customers.
• Receive Goods Receipt Acknowledgements (GRA) from EMS customers.
• Verify stock availability in SAP, create sales orders, deliveries and invoices.
• Place purchase orders according to demand and planning requirements.
• Follow up with suppliers to guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and submit pull‑in requests when needed.
• Participate in stock counts and inventory checks.
• Maintain accurate and complete supply‑chain documentation.

Required profile

• Strong interest in administrative and operational supply‑chain tasks.
• Highly detail‑oriented with excellent documentation accuracy.
• Comfortable communicating frequently by phone and email with internal and external stakeholders.
• Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of supply‑chain processes, logistics and inventory control.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a strong plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
