Team Leader – GGP Component 3

About the role

Mercy Corps is seeking a Team Leader for Green Growth Programme Component 3 in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The role will oversee the scaling of finance for climate‑smart agribusinesses across several provinces, supporting the development of innovative financial products and attracting private investment.

Key responsibilities

• Scale finance for climate‑smart agribusinesses in Kongo Central, Kwilu, Mai‑Ndombe and Kwango provinces.
• Support processes and systems to develop appropriate financial products for the agricultural sector.
• Attract and mobilise private capital and concessional finance to strengthen financial markets.
• Coordinate with financial institutions, impact funds and agribusiness partners to achieve programme outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven team leadership experience.
