About the role

The Brand Assistant supports the Marketing Department by handling administrative tasks, coordinating cross‑functional activities, and ensuring smooth execution of brand projects. Reporting to the Brand Manager, the role is essential for maintaining operational discipline and efficient collaboration across teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage day‑to‑day marketing administration and maintain structured documentation of all activities.
  • Coordinate with Trade Marketing, Sales, Planning, Supply Chain, Legal, and Finance on assigned tasks.
  • Track and report attendance for Marketing and Trade Marketing teams, preparing periodic summaries for management.
  • Maintain a tracker for packaging materials, liaise with Planning and Supply Chain for procurement, and monitor approval timelines.
  • Handle vendor quotations, contracts, artwork follow‑ups, and maintain records of agreements and contract validity.
  • Provide translation support between English and the local language and coordinate artwork development with designers.
  • Manage the department’s petty cash, ensuring accountability, approval of expenses, and weekly reconciliation.

Required profile

  • 1‑3 years of experience in marketing administration, brand support, or business coordination.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English, French, and the local language.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work across multiple departments.
  • High integrity, ownership, and adherence to documentation standards.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, tracking sheets, data organization).
