Regional Manager Brand & Trade Marketing – Southern Region

About the role

Vodafone is looking for a Regional Manager of Brand & Trade Marketing to lead the implementation of Vodacom Congo’s brand and trade marketing strategies across the Southern Region. You will act as the bridge between headquarters and the field, ensuring brand consistency, effective trade visibility, and measurable marketing impact while adapting to local market dynamics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual regional Go‑To‑Market plan aligned with HQ marketing, CXX and channel strategies.
• Partner with sales teams to design trade activations that drive sales and M‑Pesa usage.
• Monitor and evaluate ROI of trade activities, proposing improvements.
• Oversee passive brand visibility (signage, retail identity) and ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Plan and execute active visibility initiatives such as events, roadshows, sponsorships and community activations.
• Implement national ATL, BTL, digital and experiential campaigns locally, adapting them to cultural realities while preserving brand integrity.
• Coordinate with HQ Brand & Trade Marketing, regional commercial teams, local agencies and suppliers.
• Provide regular reporting on marketing performance, competitor insights and budget adherence.
