About the role

We are looking for a remote French‑English bilingual customer support representative to assist our global shoppers. You will handle inbound calls and live‑chat inquiries, turning challenges into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly assistance in French and English via phone and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve order‑tracking, product, and technical issues.
• Document each interaction accurately in our CRM.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent spoken and written French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar help‑desk tools.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms and CRM systems.
