About the role

African Parks is seeking a Funding and Reporting Manager to lead the grant portfolio for Kundelungu National Park in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Based at the Katwe operational base, the role ensures effective and compliant management of donor funds and produces high‑quality data‑driven reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the park’s grant portfolio in line with donor requirements.
• Coordinate park‑level financial tracking and data collection to support accurate reporting.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports for donors, partners and internal management.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and financial regulations.
• Collaborate with park staff to align funding activities with conservation objectives.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in grant management, finance or reporting within the non‑profit or conservation sector.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in French; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to work onsite in a remote park environment.
