Senior Sales Specialist – Fusion Territory

About the role
Autodesk’s Fusion business is expanding rapidly and seeks a senior sales specialist to target high‑potential manufacturing accounts. You will own a curated list of large enterprises, drive new Fusion conversations, and close deals from prospecting through negotiation.
Key responsibilities
- Break into large, high‑potential target accounts and generate new Fusion demand.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, scoping, solution alignment, negotiation, and close.
- Capture first wins in net‑new customers and expand existing Fusion usage.
- Identify priority divisions, teams, or workflows where Fusion can deliver immediate value.
- Conduct on‑site meetings, build credibility, and earn trust with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams.
- Lead value‑driven dialogues about Fusion’s cloud‑native, AI‑enabled platform.
- Collaborate with technical sales, partners, product specialists, and marketing to accelerate adoption.
- Maintain a high‑velocity pipeline, accurate forecasting, and disciplined opportunity hygiene within Salesforce.
- Deploy modern sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Consensus, and Gong.
- Capture early insights and document repeatable plays to scale adoption.
Required profile
- Proven track record in full‑cycle software sales, especially in new‑logo or territory expansion roles.
- Demonstrated ability to open doors, qualify opportunities, and drive deals to closure.
- Strong hunter mindset with a focus on enterprise accounts.
