Country Finance Volunteer – Kinshasa

About the role

Acted is seeking a Country Finance Volunteer to support its operations in the Democratic Republic of Congo, based in Kinshasa. The role contributes to the financial management of humanitarian and development programmes, ensuring transparency and accountability in a complex emergency context.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets for country‑wide projects.
• Support financial reporting to donors such as the US Department of State, ECHO, and FCDO.
• Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Collaborate with programme teams to align financial planning with operational needs.
• Contribute to the development of financial tools that improve efficiency and compliance.
