Business Analyst

About the role

The Business Analyst will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating business needs into functional specifications and supporting solution design, implementation, and validation. This role focuses on delivering business value through detailed analysis and clear communication.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and manage the full business analysis lifecycle.
• Facilitate stakeholder requirement‑gathering sessions and ensure requirements align with business objectives.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for technical teams.
• Oversee requirement documentation, change management, and detailed analysis to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with technical experts to design effective solutions.
• Review and validate implemented solutions to ensure they meet business expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of direct Business Analysis experience.
• Experience in a technical IT or engineering environment.
• Strong documentation, requirement‑writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to engage and influence senior management.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, organizational, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
