About the role
The Data Entry Administrator provides inbound telephone support and processes shipment information for UPS. The role involves communicating with internal and external customers via phone, fax and email, and ensuring accurate entry of domestic and international shipment data.
Key responsibilities
- Screen incoming calls and determine the nature of each inquiry.
- Enter shipment data accurately and within time‑specific deadlines into UPS systems.
- Check, forward and file legal documentation related to shipments.
- Provide administrative support to the management team.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills.
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shift hours.
