Executive Organizational Growth Leader

About the role

The Executive Organizational Growth Leader will shape and execute Kamoa Copper’s people strategy, ensuring it supports the broader business objectives and delivers an integrated employee experience across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and direct the organisational growth strategy aligned with the company’s business plan.
• Design, implement and monitor programmes that boost productivity and embed a culture of operational excellence.
• Oversee a customer‑centric employee operations function covering HR, Transformation, Training, HRIS, Contractor Management, Camp & Facilities and Employee Services.
• Lead strategic organisational development initiatives and manage change across multiple operational domains.
• Ensure compliance with contractor regulations, facilities standards and employment legislation.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years progressive experience in People Operations, with at least 8 years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record of leading HR transformation and implementing HRIS/HR technology solutions.
• Experience managing contractors, facilities and workplace services in a multicultural mining environment.
• Fluent business English; French knowledge highly advantageous.
