HR Geo Services Associate

About the role

The HR Geo Services Associate provides on‑site human resources support to one or multiple UPS locations within a defined geographic area. This position works closely with business operations to deliver HR services that help maintain a productive and engaged workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee concerns, complaints, and inquiries.
• Support talent acquisition activities, including screening and coordination.
• Facilitate onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Implement local HR programs aimed at reducing turnover.
• Coordinate on‑site learning and development sessions.
• Collaborate with regional BPO teams to align service delivery.
