About the role
This senior position combines product management and business development responsibilities to drive growth of high‑growth market products, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Strategically lead end‑to‑end management of high‑growth market products, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Develop and present business cases for new manufacturing locations, product extensions, partnerships and lifecycle decisions.
- Lead cross‑functional programs such as parts harvesting and reuse, coordinating teams to meet project milestones.
- Act as the subject‑matter expert and voice of the customer, shaping product development, positioning, pricing and market expansion plans.
- Apply Fortive Business System tools to drive operational excellence, solve problems and manage daily performance against KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing, R&D, medical affairs, regulatory and IT to create value propositions, training materials and compelling product claims.
- Travel globally to build relationships with key opinion leaders and represent the company in industry networks.
- Report business issues and opportunities to senior management and provide detailed trip reports.
Required profile
- Proven track record of leading complex projects and delivering innovative solutions in a high‑growth environment.
- Strong strategic mindset with ability to translate market research into actionable business plans.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of representing the customer voice across functions.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and drive results while embodying core company behaviors.
Required skills
- Experience with product lifecycle management and business case development.
- Familiarity with problem‑solving and daily management tools (e.g., Fortive Business System).
- Ability to analyze market data, forecast sales and develop pricing strategies.
