Sourcing Manager – Men's Outerwear (China/SEA)

About the role

Quince is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead the discovery, evaluation, and onboarding of vendor partners that can produce high‑quality men’s outerwear in China, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. The role supports rapid product development, cost efficiency, and the company’s commitment to sustainable, affordable essentials.

Key responsibilities

• Scout and evaluate vendor partners capable of delivering premium men’s outerwear with fast lead times.
• Pitch and onboard new vendors using clear test‑period criteria and assess their ability to scale.
• Drive operational excellence for existing supplier relationships while expanding a redundant supplier base to improve cost, quality, and commercial terms.
• Manage supplier and style‑level capacity to align with Quince’s growth trajectory.
• Source materials that enhance product cost, quality, and speed, and negotiate terms with suppliers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in vendor sourcing and supplier management for apparel or related manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate with suppliers and evaluate scalability.
• Strong understanding of material sourcing and cost‑optimization strategies.
• Capability to manage multiple supplier relationships and capacity planning simultaneously.
