Sourcing Manager, Men's Outerwear

About the role

Quince is a direct‑to‑consumer apparel brand that leverages technology, AI and analytics to deliver high‑quality essentials at low prices. The Sourcing Manager for Men’s Outerwear will lead the discovery, onboarding and management of vendor partners in China, Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, ensuring fast production lead times and scalable supply.

Key responsibilities

• Scout and evaluate vendor partners capable of manufacturing high‑quality men’s outerwear with rapid lead times.
• Pitch, onboard and set clear test‑period criteria for new suppliers, assessing their ability to scale.
• Drive operational excellence for existing supplier relationships while expanding a redundant supplier base to improve cost, quality and commercial terms.
• Manage capacity at both supplier and style levels to align with company growth.
• Source materials that enhance product cost, quality and speed, and negotiate terms with suppliers.

Required profile

• Proven experience scouting and onboarding apparel vendors in China, Hong Kong or Southeast Asia.
• Demonstrated ability to manage supplier capacity and scale production.
• Strong negotiation experience with suppliers.
• Track record of improving product cost, quality and speed through material sourcing.
