About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. You will handle customer inquiries via chat and email, delivering clear and helpful assistance while ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support in French and English through chat and email.
• Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain precise records.

Required profile

• Fluent written and reading French and English.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce preferred).
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
