Bilingual French/English Customer Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will assist customers via chat and email, ensuring smooth and positive experiences while leveraging your language skills.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional support in French and English through chat and email.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality support.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in both French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk.
• Familiarity with Gorgias.
• Knowledge of Shopify.
