Brokerage Senior Assistant

About the role

The Brokerage Senior Assistant supports the brokerage team by handling advanced administrative tasks, preparing complex reports, and coordinating small‑scale projects. This position works closely with senior staff and may supervise junior colleagues while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy in all activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and compile complex reports from multiple data sources.
• Manage small‑scale projects and conduct analysis using various software tools.
• Direct and mentor less‑experienced team members, providing guidance as needed.
• Perform general office duties such as word processing, data entry, document auditing, phone handling, mail distribution, conference‑room reservations, and meeting coordination.
• Handle confidential material on a regular basis and maintain strict data security.
