Capex & Opex Analyst

About the role

The Capex & Opex Analyst will oversee technology‑related spending, ensuring financial efficiency, compliance, and alignment with business objectives. You will manage both capital and operational budgets, support forecasting, and provide insight to senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage Opex budget building and rolling forecasts.
• Maintain day‑to‑day Capex and Opex budget processes.
• Create project structures and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) using approved codes.
• Verify order placement against correct WBS elements and GL accounts.
• Coordinate budget reviews, receipt processing, and electronic document handling.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly Net Additions targets for Capex/Opex.
• Support logistics teams with WBS elements for FI payments, customs duties, and taxes.
• Assist finance teams in resolving discrepancies, monthly reporting, and audit findings.
• Manage monthly accruals, technology contracts register, and NSS inventory performance reporting.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Economics, Accountancy or related field.
• At least two years of relevant experience in finance or administration.
• Previous supervisory or administrative experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on quality and planning.
