Consumer & Trade Activations Supervisor

About the role

The Consumer & Trade Activations Supervisor will lead end‑to‑end activation projects for consumer and trade channels in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Reporting to the Consumer & Trade Activations Manager, you will use analytical insights and a consumer‑centric mindset to drive acquisition, trade performance, and strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market, consumer, brand and channel trends to identify activation opportunities and shape recommendations in collaboration with sales teams.
• Translate marketing and sales strategies into field execution, managing projects from concept through implementation while ensuring execution excellence.
• Monitor investment performance against predefined KPIs, and propose improvements for future activations.
• Manage the allocated marketing budget per project with full ownership and ensure compliance with reporting processes.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration, embodying a “one team” spirit to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and sales.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong focus on quality, results‑orientation, and consumer‑centric thinking.
• Excellent project‑management abilities and quick learning capability.
