Reputation, PR & Budget Admin Specialist

About the role

Vodafone is looking for a Reputation, PR & Budget Admin Specialist to support its communications and financial administration functions. The role will help protect and enhance Vodafone’s brand reputation, manage public‑relations activities and oversee budgetary processes within the team.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to media coverage and stakeholder feedback to safeguard brand reputation.
• Coordinate internal and external PR campaigns, press releases and events.
• Maintain and reconcile budgets related to communications activities, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
• Prepare regular reports on reputation metrics, PR performance and budget utilisation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align messaging with business objectives.

Required profile

• Strong interest in communications, public relations and financial administration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a diverse, global environment.

Required skills

• Experience with media monitoring tools or PR platforms.
• Familiarity with budgeting or financial tracking software.
