Corporate Audit Manager

About the role

FINCA Impact Finance is seeking a Corporate Audit Manager to lead internal audit activities across its subsidiary network. The role will provide independent assurance, improve risk management, control and governance processes, and support the organization’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor risk‑based audit plans aligned with corporate strategy.
• Manage and conduct performance, operational, financial, IT and compliance audit assignments.
• Oversee execution of the internal audit plan, ensuring audits are completed on schedule.
• Provide consulting and advisory services to subsidiary management and staff.
• Supervise and mentor internal audit team members.
• Ensure audit activities comply with The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Global Internal Audit Standards.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in internal audit within a financial or banking environment.
• Strong understanding of risk‑based auditing and governance frameworks.
• Ability to lead and develop audit staff.
• Commitment to ethical standards and professional integrity.
