Digital Channels Manager

About the role

The Digital Channels Manager will drive revenue growth for Hilton’s leisure transient segment by optimizing the hotel’s digital presence across direct channels, brand stores, and OTAs. You will lead the execution of digital strategies, manage campaigns, and ensure content aligns with commercial goals to boost guest engagement and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Allocate and manage hotel‑level digital budgets across Direct, Brand Store, and OTA channels.
• Create and maintain digital calendars for national campaigns such as 618, Double 11, and Chinese New Year.
• Execute regional and hotel‑level leisure campaigns, including flash sales, livestreams, and voucher product launches.
• Monitor rate compliance, audit GEO‑location and POI data, and resolve content issues.
• Oversee performance‑marketing programs (PMP, CPC) and follow SEO guidelines to improve discoverability.
• Manage operational metrics like Fliggy HID%, MCI, and Douyin POI scores.
• Run Douyin store operations, including KOL/KOC collaborations, content creation, DP management, and livestreaming.
• Ensure accurate bilingual content localization for diverse leisure audiences.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of digital marketing in the hospitality sector.
