About the role

Accor is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of its hotel properties. The role involves setting strategic direction, driving financial performance, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences while fostering a collaborative culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall management and strategic direction of the property.
• Maximise profit and oversee financial performance, ensuring compliance with controls and legislation.
• Drive recruitment, selecting the best talent for all hotel positions.
• Champion Heartist engagement and promote an inclusive, collaborative environment.
• Build relationships with the local community and represent the Accor brand.
• Maintain product and service quality standards to exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand essentials and standards across the property.

• Proven leadership experience in a similar hotel brand or hospitality business.
• Strong relational skills with the ability to build and maintain partnerships.
• Strategic, creative thinker with excellent communication abilities.
• Demonstrated success in driving commercial performance and meeting KPIs.
