Floor Supervisor (Housekeeping)

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and oversee housekeeping attendants on assigned floors, maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure they meet hotel quality standards.
• Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and proper usage.
• Organize work schedules for optimal coverage and efficiency.
• Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping‑related issues promptly.
• Mentor and train new housekeeping staff.
• Coordinate with front desk, maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Track and report key performance indicators such as guest satisfaction and cleanliness ratings.
