Logistics Business Expert for 3PL (Online Distribution Centre)

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Business Expert to oversee the integration and performance of our third‑party logistics (3PL) operations within an online distribution centre. You will work closely with the DC Management team to ensure systems, especially the Warehouse Management System (WMS), operate smoothly and meet company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound operations: receive garments, coordinate container/truck schedules, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Oversee outbound operations: create forecasts with sales, monitor shipments, and guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Control return processes: receive returned items, process refunds, and prepare goods for resale while meeting SLA targets.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and 3PL teams to resolve garment‑related inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor 3PL performance regularly, ensuring productivity aligns with plans and KPIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in 3PL or online warehouse environments.
• Strong ability to coordinate inbound, outbound, and return logistics flows.
• Excellent analytical skills for KPI tracking and SLA management.
• Effective communication with internal teams and external logistics partners.
