Sales Representative – Kinshasa

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Representative to expand Etihad Airways’ presence in Kinshasa, DRC. The role is hands‑on, managing a portfolio of travel‑trade and corporate customers, building relationships and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue and commercial targets for assigned accounts.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
• Build strong partnerships with travel agencies, corporate clients and other commercial partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer potential to prioritise revenue opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline, progressing opportunities from initial contact to closure.
• Negotiate commercial agreements that balance customer needs with Etihad’s objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and Etihad partners to create tailored solutions.
• Keep customers informed of relevant products, services and promotions.
• Record all activities accurately in Etihad’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in sales, account management or business development.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets.
• Experience in airline or broader travel industry or high‑performing B2B sales environments is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercial mindset with analytical capability to identify growth opportunities.
