Senior Consultant – DRC Country Program

About the role

PATH is seeking a Senior Consultant to provide programmatic coordination for its Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) portfolio. The consultant will work closely with country, regional, and global teams to advance project objectives, ensure high‑quality results, and support the implementation of health initiatives across the DRC and Central Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the senior coordination and portfolio oversight resource for GHP’s DRC activities.
• Facilitate communication and stakeholder engagement across multiple projects.
• Identify risks, escalate issues, and monitor portfolio performance.
• Align objectives, find common needs, and create efficiencies among projects and business development efforts.
• Support donor and government interactions, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in global health program coordination or consultancy.
• Proven ability to work with government ministries, donors, and multi‑sector partners.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills in complex health environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
