Senior Specialist Product Development

About the role

The Senior Specialist Product Development will drive digital revenue growth for Vodacom by shaping product capabilities, managing platform delivery and ensuring an outstanding customer experience across all digital and data journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the functional and feature roadmap for digital products and platforms.
• Increase customer revenue through digital and data streams.
• Deliver a seamless, best‑in‑class digital ecosystem for customers.
• Manage data growth on Vodacom networks with optimized product offerings.
• Collaborate with technology, regulatory, marketing and segment teams to address impacts.
• Own and monitor key digital and data KPIs, driving revenue and customer growth.
• Champion digital initiatives across OpCos, securing buy‑in and timely delivery.
• Remove operational barriers and foster close relationships with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Customer‑experience mindset – bring CX into every decision.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to obtain organisational buy‑in.
• Proven track record of creating and executing product roadmaps.
• Ability to drive projects that improve adoption, usage and revenue.
• Experience working across technical, marketing and segment teams.
• Results‑oriented with a focus on revenue uplift and KPI achievement.
