Visa Pay Marketing Manager

About the role

Visa is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead awareness and demand generation for Visa Pay across above‑the‑line (ATL) media, social platforms, community management, and customer education. This hybrid position will work closely with acquisition and activation teams to drive both brand visibility and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Translate Visa Pay growth priorities into annual and quarterly marketing plans.
• Own ATL media, social media, community management, and local education content.
• Manage agencies and creative execution, ensuring brand compliance and consistent messaging.
• Build campaign calendars with acquisition and activation teams, separating awareness from conversion activities.
• Track reach, engagement, traffic, and ROI; quickly optimize media mix and creative.
• Develop localized content for banks, field teams, and customer education.
• Feed market insights and campaign results into ongoing growth planning.

Required profile

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years with an advanced degree.
• Proven experience leading consumer marketing in fintech, payments, telco, or consumer tech.
• Strong grasp of ATL, digital, social, community, and agency management.
• Demonstrated performance‑marketing and measurement capability.
• Ability to localize messaging and simplify product education.
• Excellent planning, budget discipline, cross‑functional coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
