Consumer & Trade Activation Supervisor

About the role

The Consumer & Trade Activation Supervisor reports to the Consumer & Trade Activations Manager and is responsible for end‑to‑end execution of consumer‑facing and trade‑facing activations in the Democratic Republic of Congo. The role blends market analysis, project management, and collaboration with sales teams to drive consumer acquisition and trade performance.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market, consumer, brand and channel trends to identify activation opportunities and shape recommendations.
• Translate marketing and sales strategies into field execution plans, managing projects from concept to implementation.
• Monitor investment performance against KPIs and propose improvements for future activations.
• Manage the allocated marketing budget per project, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration, promoting a “one team” approach to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and sales.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong consumer‑centric mindset, analytical ability and focus on delivering results.
• Excellent project‑management capabilities and a quick learning attitude.
