Work-from-Home Customer Support – French Speaking

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve technical or order‑related issues and ensuring they feel supported.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English via chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to troubleshoot technical problems and order questions.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our support system.
• Share customer feedback insights to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a friendly, supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools (preferred).
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems (preferred).
