About the role
UPS is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive revenue growth by analyzing customer profitability, monitoring conversion and penetration, and developing action plans to improve performance across the assigned region.
Key responsibilities
- Prioritize customers using standardized tools and conduct root‑cause investigations of performance gaps.
- Track newly signed conversion and penetration customers on non‑standard incentive structures and monitor actual revenue and profit.
- Provide detailed analysis of revenue and profit trends, material changes, and key wins/losses to Marketing and Business Planning units.
- Develop and communicate revenue goals to Sales, Marketing, and Business Planning teams.
- Utilize reports to identify key performance indicators, gaps in plan performance, and recommend improvements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent); Master’s degree in Finance, Marketing or related field preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required.
