BE20 First Officer (Short Term Contract)

About the role

Starlite Aviation Group, through Crew Resources International Ltd, is seeking a qualified BE20 First Officer for a short‑term contract based in Central Africa. The successful candidate will join a high‑performance multi‑crew environment, operating King Air BE20 aircraft on variable schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the BE20 as First Officer, adhering to all safety regulations and company SOPs.
• Perform flights to local and international destinations as required.
• Maintain strict compliance with instrument flight rules (IFR) and client‑specific protocols.
• Coordinate effectively with the flight crew and ground personnel.
• Adapt to irregular hours, weekends, and changing rosters.

Required profile

• Minimum 1,500 total aeroplane flight hours.
• At least 250 total Pilot‑in‑Command (PIC) hours.
• 100 total BE20 hours, including 20 PIC hours on the type.
• 75 PIC instrument flight hours.
• Valid SACAA ATPL or CPL with Instrument Flight Rating.
• Current medical certificate, Dangerous Goods endorsement, and CRM qualification.
• BE20 type rating (B190 rating preferred).
