Branch Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our sales, marketing and operational activities at a K‑12 education centre. The role combines business development, customer experience and staff management to drive growth and ensure high‑quality educational delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Direct all sales and marketing initiatives for the branch, identifying new opportunities and monitoring competitor activity.
• Achieve performance metrics such as Net Promoter Score (NPS) and improve overall branch grades.
• Oversee facilities, product distribution, and the end‑to‑end customer journey.
• Coordinate and manage branch staff, including administrators, teachers, security personnel and support staff.
• Collaborate with the Product Team on application‑related matters.
• Monitor academic processes, including scheduling, quality control, pedagogy and class rating.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• 1‑3 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing, business development or operations, preferably in an educational or start‑up environment.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Detail‑oriented with a customer‑service mindset.
• Experience or knowledge of K‑12 education (primary, middle or high school).
