Branding Coordinator for Agent Network

About the role

Wave is building a cashless Africa and needs a Branding Coordinator to lead agent network branding initiatives across the Democratic Republic of Congo. You will ensure agents have consistent, high‑quality visual presence while supporting rapid business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and install branding materials at agent locations.
• Identify cost‑efficient production and installation partners.
• Enhance visual standards for normal, premium and master agents according to brand guidelines.
• Track visibility and quality of agent branding in collaboration with partners, field sales and network management.
• Manage inventory of marketing supplies, dispatch orders and prevent stock‑outs.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in brand coordination, brand marketing or marketing coordination.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field (MBA preferred).
• Fluent in English and French.
• Creative thinker, strong communicator and problem‑solver.
• Project‑management experience and understanding of PM principles.
• Experience in a marketing agency, telecom, payment service provider, FMCG or financial institution with successful branding campaigns.
