Caribbean Collection Analyst

About the role

The Caribbean Collection Analyst drives the credit‑to‑cash cycle for TD SYNNEX, ensuring that product sales are supported by thorough credit assessments and effective accounts‑receivable management. The role focuses on evaluating customer creditworthiness, managing collections, and coordinating order releases across the Caribbean market.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
• Review trade payment reports to identify payment patterns.
• Assess security agreements, personal guarantees, and UCC filings.
• Manage accounts receivable for a defined customer base, handling collections and reconciling variances.
• Maintain and adjust credit lines for the assigned market.
• Authorize customer order releases based on credit limits and AR status.
• Identify and resolve root‑cause issues affecting the credit‑to‑cash process, collaborating with sales, operations, and customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and adhere to attendance standards.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in credit, collections, or finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; high‑school diploma required.
• Strong attention to detail, basic mathematical ability, and accurate data‑entry skills.
• Effective communication and ability to interact with all management levels.
• Proven organizational, time‑management, and independent‑working capabilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
