Cluster Coordination Officer – CCCM (Humanitarian)

About the role

The International Organization for Migration is seeking a Cluster Coordination Officer (CCCM) to support the humanitarian response in North Kivu, Democratic Republic of Congo. The role focuses on coordinating the Camp Coordination and Camp Management (CCCM) cluster, ensuring effective assistance and protection for displaced populations in communal and informal settings.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate regular CCCM Cluster meetings at the provincial level in North Kivu.
• Provide technical, administrative and logistical support for cluster discussions and coordination activities.
• Analyse and document multi‑sectorial gaps and needs in displacement sites and feed them into inter‑cluster planning.
• Liaise with UNHCR, OCHA, IOM units and other humanitarian partners to ensure a coherent response.
• Support the preparation of situation reports, action plans and follow‑up on agreed actions.
• Assist in the identification of durable solutions for displaced populations.

Required profile

• Relevant higher education or professional experience in humanitarian coordination, displacement management or related fields.
• Experience working in emergency settings, preferably in the DRC or similar contexts.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing security environments.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French is an asset.
