Country Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Country Sales Manager to lead GoodWe’s sales activities in the assigned market. You will be responsible for acquiring new customers, nurturing existing relationships and driving growth of our solar inverter and storage solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and acquire new customers while maintaining long‑term relationships with distributors, EPC contractors, developers and wholesalers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and collaborate on business and product strategies to expand market share.
• Leverage deep product and system knowledge to coordinate technical activities and deliver tailored solutions.
• Analyse solar PV market trends, competitor actions and customer feedback to shape responsive strategies.
• Represent GoodWe at industry events, conferences and exhibitions to enhance brand visibility.
• Implement channel policies, mediate conflicts and ensure compliance across partners.
• Drive continuous improvement within the sales organisation to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in solar product sales within the PV industry.
• Strong business development and negotiation skills with a global mindset.
• Professional working proficiency in English and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Proactive, results‑oriented team player able to thrive in a volatile market.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of solar PV systems and inverter technology.
