About the role
The inbound Customer Service Representative handles incoming telephone calls from customers, quickly identifying their needs and delivering appropriate solutions. The role may also involve finalising sales when opportunities arise. Comprehensive training is provided before the start of duties.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and answer incoming customer calls.
- Actively listen to callers to understand their requests.
- Identify needs, analyse requests and direct callers to the right solution.
- Maintain the highest quality of customer service throughout each interaction.
- Ensure that both quantitative and qualitative project objectives are achieved.
Required profile
- Fluent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent argumentation and persuasive communication skills.
- Strong business logic and analytical thinking.
- Real sense of listening and uncompromising empathy.
