Data Scientist – Machine Learning (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to design, prototype, and ship machine‑learning‑powered products at B2C scale. The role is fully remote and part of an agile, cross‑functional team that values clear communication and rapid iteration.

Key responsibilities

• Extract and prepare large datasets from SQL data warehouses such as Redshift and Snowflake.
• Design, train, and evaluate ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Python.
• Develop end‑to‑end pipelines that serialize models and support model retraining and serving.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to integrate models into production systems.
• Apply ML techniques to recommender systems, natural language processing, regression, and classification problems.

Required profile

• 3+ years of industry experience in machine learning, data science, or a related quantitative field.
• Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in machine learning, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or similar.
• Proven track record of shipping ML‑driven products at scale.
• Strong ability to translate complex business problems into intuitive ML solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining algorithms to cross‑functional teams.
