Executive – Business Services Leader

About the role

Define and direct Kamoa Copper's integrated Business Services agenda, providing organization‑wide support services that enable safe, efficient, resilient and sustainable operations. The role is accountable for strategic direction, governance, integration and performance of HR, organisational effectiveness, training, employee services, HRIS, camp and facilities, and communications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a world‑class Business Services portfolio covering HR, organisational effectiveness, training, employee services, HRIS, camp and facilities, and communications.
• Provide strategic direction, governance and performance oversight for all Business Services functions to support safe, efficient and sustainable mining operations.
• Act as a strategic business partner to the Executive Director and Senior EXCO, ensuring alignment of workforce, service delivery and organisational capability with operational and growth priorities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in business or corporate services, preferably within a mining or asset‑intensive environment.
• Proven strategic HR leadership covering workforce planning, organization design, talent succession, localisation and reward governance.
• Experience managing large budgets, service providers, contractors and cross‑functional transformation programmes.
• Fluency in English; French advantageous for the DRC context.
