Field Support Associate

About the role

The Field Support Associate will support IOM’s movement operations in Kinshasa, working under the Senior Protection Coordinator and the National Operations Officer. IOM, the leading UN agency on migration, promotes humane and orderly migration and saves lives of people on the move. This role involves field‑based activities that ensure the safe and orderly travel of migrants and refugees while contributing to IOM’s inclusive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake movement operations activities in the field as directed.
• Coordinate with senior staff to implement travel arrangements for migrants and refugees.
• Provide logistical support to ensure compliance with IOM’s operational procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Accounting or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant professional experience.
• Alternatively, a high‑school diploma combined with comparable experience as noted.
