Financial Management Analyst – Lubumbashi Cluster

About the role

The Financial Management Analyst will provide comprehensive financial oversight and operational support for the Lubumbashi Cluster. You will ensure effective resource utilization, compliance, and accurate reporting across multiple projects and donors.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor burn rates, conduct variance analysis, and produce detailed project and cluster‑level financial reports, including Field Financial Reports (FFRs).
• Lead budget coordination, align budgets with strategic priorities, and integrate data into Horizon and IMPAQ systems.
• Oversee invoice processing, mobile money disbursements, asset management, and reconciliation in partnership with finance and operations teams.
• Support field operations through regular engagement, payment processing, and procurement review.
• Manage shared cost allocations, asset tracking, and compliance with cost recovery and Support Cost Reallocation (SCR) guidelines.

Required profile

• First degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA or CIMA qualification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a finance role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, World Vision finance policies, and grant/sponsorship accounting.
• Ability to perform complex financial analyses and work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
